What this app does
Helps you understand how much of your working week is already committed to recurring tasks — meetings, training, client work, ops — before any additional project work lands on your plate.
Default tab
Your permanent baseline — the recurring tasks that are always committed. Set this up once and keep it updated. It is the template used when creating new month views.
Monthly views
For months with extra project work on top of your baseline. Starts as a full independent copy of your Default tasks — edits only affect that month.
Reading the stats
Green Up to 50% committed — good capacity available.
Amber 50–80% committed — busy but manageable.
Red Above 80% committed — consider flagging workload.
Version history
Every change is auto-saved as a version (up to 60). Open History to browse and restore any previous state. A recovery snapshot is always created before any restore.
Backup & Restore
Backup downloads all data including full version history as JSON. Restore loads a backup file and replaces all current data. Use Backup regularly — browser storage can be cleared.
